I love St. James Infirmary and the background images went perfectly with the lyrics, it’s one of my favorite Betty Boop cartoons next to Minnie the Moocher.

fun fact: The dancing for Coco (the guy singing) is rotoscoped aka traced and painted over from live footage of Cab Calloway who was one of if not THE biggest black singer at the time equally known for his unique style of dancing
